Tiffany Baker Joined AFOP in mid-September 2015 as the Programs Clerk for Health and Safety Programs. She coordinated the data entry, generated reports, managed inventory and supported all the health & Safety staff members. Demonstrating her capacity, dedication and work ethics, on December 2016 Tiffany accepted the position of Children in the Fields Campaign Project Manager where she works creating awareness about farmworker child labor issues in addition to pesticide exposure prevention for children and their families. With this new position, she hopes to improve the quality of life for the children of migrant and seasonal farmworkers through early pesticide safety education and advocacy for better opportunities and improved child labor laws. Prior to AFOP, Tiffany completed a bachelors degree in Theatre from Sweet briar College. While at Sweet Briar, Tiffany spent 3 years working closely with the Co-Curricular life office, where she coordinated a peer mentoring program, led event planning and board meetings, as well as other administrative tasks.
