The Mini-Conference & Board Meeting will be held at The Liaison Capitol Hill. The per diem rate for a single or double occupancy rooms is $183 per night, triple occupancy is $203 per night, and quadruple occupancy is $223 per night. The room block is under the name “AFOP” and expires on Wednesday, January 8, 2014.

Airport and Transportation:
The Liaison Capitol Hill is approximately 5 miles away from Reagan Airport. The approximate cost of a taxi ride one-way is $30.
You can also take the DC Metro system from Reagan Airport. Hop on the Yellow Line towards Fort Totten. Get off at Gallery Place-Chinatown and transfer to the Red Line towards Glenmont (upstairs). Destination is Union Station, and a 5 minute walk to the Liaison Capitol Hill. You can also take the Blue Line towards Largo Town Center. Get off at Metro Center and transfer to the Red Line towards Glenmont. Destination is Union Station, and a 5 minute walk to the Liaison Capitol Hill.
Cancellations and Substitutions Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted up until Friday, January 24, 2014. Send all requests to Cat Nguyen. An administrative fee of $75 will be charged per cancellation. You will be invoiced if you do not send notice of cancellation prior to this date. No refunds will be issued after Friday, January 24, 2014
Substitutions are accepted. Please inform Cat Nguyen immediately as to accommodate your presence.
